Deceased Name: HOARD
HOARD, Patricia M. (Jones) - Of Burton, formerly of Otter Lake, age 71, died Saturday, January 20, 2001 at Iosco County Medical Facility, East Tawas. Funeral services will be held 1PM Wednesday, January 24, 2001 at Hudson Funeral Home, Otisville, Elders John Hart and Lon Varner officiating. Burial in Otter Lake Cemetery. Memorials may be made to East Side RLDS Church. Visitation will be Tuesday 10AM to 9PM. Patricia was born in Flint, MI on December 2, 1929, the daughter of Lloyd and Sophia Jones. She married Richard J. Hoard in June 1948, who preceded her in death. She was a member of Reorganized Church of the Latter Day Saints of Burton. Mrs. Hoard was a graduate of Otter Lake High School, Class of 1948. She sold Stanley Home products for 40 years. Surviving are: 4 sisters and 3 brothers, Helen and Arnold Comstock of Sand Lake Heights, MI, Robert Jones of Ponchatoula, LA, Gerald and Evelyn Jones of Otter Lake, MI, Dawn (Muncy) Johnson of Gladwin, MI, Diana and Fred Drago of Elgin, IL, Susan and Gary Reininger of Gaylord, MI, Richard and Cathy Jones of Farwell, MI; many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews.

Patricia married Richard Hoard on 16 Apr 1948. Richard (son of Jesse Hoard and Mildred Anna Barck) was born on 11 Dec 1927 in Otisville, Genesee Co, Michigan, USA; died on 26 Nov 1993 in Flint, Genesee Co, Michigan, USA; was buried in Mount Morris, Genesee Co, Michigan, USA (Flint Memorial Park).
