      Obituary:
      DANSVILLE - Jeffrey C. Horr, 58, of 2 Health Street died Thursday April 1, 1999 at Rochester General Hospital after a long illness. He was born February 17, 1940 in Bath, N.Y., the son of the late Charles and Onalee (Osborn) Horr. He was married in Wayland, N.Y. on Oct. 10, 1959 to Mary Kay (Henchen) Horr who he has been married to for 39 years.
      Jeff was a U.S. Marine Corp. Veteran serving from March 12, 1958 to March 14, 1961. He has been employed at the former Delco Products in Rochester as a group leader and set up man, retiring in 1997 after 33 years service. He was a 36 year member of the Union Hose Co. No. 1 of the Dansville Fire Department where he was serving as the company Back Room Chairman Ex-Active, and was a Past President and Secretary, Coach of the Union Hose 'Bulldogs' Drill Team, charter member and former EMT of the Dansville Fire Depart. Ambulance Corp., a member of the following Fire Associations, FASNY, WNYVFA, WNYDTCA, LCVFA, a Little League Umpire for ten years, receiving an award for his years of dedication. Jeff was an organizer of the Dansville Youth Hockey League, a devoted Cleveland Browns Football Team fan and a member of the Browns Backer Club. Jeff was the organizer of many trips to Cleveland for football games.

      Jeff was predeceased by his parents and a sister Sharleen Hartman in 1996. He is survived by his devoted wife Mary Kay; two sons, Gregory P. (Christine) Horr of Dansville and Jeffrey (Christina) Horr Jr. of Sarasota, Fla.; two daughters, Beth and Amanda Horr; one sister, Sharon (Bill) Dixon; three grandchildren, Brittany, Kaitlin, Tyler Horr, all of Dansville; mother-in-law Melba (Gerald) Danaher of Wayland; a brother-in-law, Larry (Alex) Hartman of Dansville; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

      Friends called Saturday and Sunday from at the Chamberlin Funeral Home Inc., 73 Main street, Dansville. Funeral services were held Monday in St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Dansville. Burial with full military honors was in Greenmount Cemetery, Dansville.
