He was born January 28, 1960 in Richmond to Arthur and Ida Borden Horr and lived here all of his life. He worked in the maintenance department at Petro Truck Stop. He is survived by his son James Horr of Richmond, two daughters Tera Ann (Rodney) May of Fountain City, Jenniffer (Brad) Eidem of Richmond, six grandchildren Allyssa Jho, Conner Ethyn, Isaiaha Blake Cruse, Kolby Jameson Donham, Zayden Charles Eidem, several cousins, special friends Steven Hall, and Tony DeVito. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Viola Borden, parents, sister Kimberly Ann Horr, brother Johnny Dwyane Horr. Graveside services will be 12PM Friday September 28, 2012 in Goshen cemetery.
