      Deceased Name: C. HOMER KELLOGG, 92
      TROY C. Homer Kellogg, 92, of Yates Street died Friday at home.
      He was born in Troy, and was educated in the Lansingburgh School System.
      Mr. Kellogg was a stationary engineer at the former City Products Ice Plant of Troy and later Albany for 30 years before retiring about 30 years ago.
      He was the widower of Irene Green Kellogg.
      Survivors include his son, Joseph H. Kellogg of Troy; a daughter, Patricia Brown of Sarasota, Fla.; a sister, Dorothy Hoar of Litchfield, Conn.; three grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
      A service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Morris-Stebbins-Miner & Sanvidge Funeral Home, 312 Hoosick St., Troy.
      Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Troy.
      Calling hours are 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
