"Danny" Horr, age 60, of Richmond, died Friday morning (Aug. 14, 2009) at his residence. He was born in Richmond on Sept. 9, 1948, to Eugene and Cora Bell Horr and had lived here all of his life. He was a 1966 graduate of Richmond High School and was a 35-year employee of Belden. Danny was an active participant at the Pulmonary Rehab Unit at Reid Hospital. He was also active in local bowling leagues and as a softball coach. He volunteered as a docent at the Richmond Art Museum. Survivors include his sons, Andy Horr of Dayton, Ohio, David Horr of St. Louis, Mo.; daughter, Amy Mudd of San Diego, Calif.; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Monday (Aug. 17, 2009) from 5-8 p.m. at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. No public services are planned.
