OSWEGO ? Francis L.
Orr, 61, was killed Monday
morning in a violent
tractor-trailer accident at
Exit 23, New York State
Thruway, near Albany.
He resided in Hubbard.
O.
Born in Oswego, he was
the son of the late William
and Anna Andrews Horr.
He was a member of the
Methodist Church and of
the Teamsters' Union.
Surviving are a son,
William F, Orr of Canton,
O; two brothers, William J.
Horr of Northtown, Pa.,
and Donald R. Horr of
Oswego; four sisters. Mrs.
Harry (Thelma) Shurr,
Mrs. Andrew Prior, Mrs.
Mable Foster and Mrs.
James (Betty) Brown, all
of Oswego.
Services will be held
Friday at 11:30 a.m. at Scoville
Funeral Home Inc.,
