Envelopes area available at the funeral home. Mr. Hoard was born in Tuscola County, MI on February 11, 1916, the son of A. E. Hoard and Alice Hart. Paul married Anna Louise Pichner in 1940. He retired from AC Spark Plug in 1972 after 30 years of service and was a member of Union Local #651. Mr. Hoard is survived by: 3 children, Paula (Jack) Campbell, Ray (Helen) Hoard, Stephen (Fran) Hoard; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters-in-law; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna, in 1998; parents; and 5 brothers. The family would like to thank the Briarwood Manor Staff and Dr. J. Shah for their excellent care during his stay.
