      Mildred Harvey, 89

      Office manager at
      husband's dentistry practice

      EASTHAM - Mildred (Caswell) Harvey, 89, a longtime resident of Eastham, died yesterday at the Brewster Manor Nursing Home.

      She was the wife of the late Dr. Charles E. Harvey.

      Born in Providence, R.I., Mrs. Harvey was raised and educated in Brighton. Upon her marriage in 1934, she and her husband moved to Belmont. She worked as an office manager for many years at her husband's dentistry practice in Harvard Square.

      She moved to Eastham 45 years ago, where again she worked at her husband's dentistry practice until her retirement.

      Mrs. Harvey had a great appreciation for nature and enjoyed gardening. She often traveled to various parts of the country to visit her daughter's family, who relocated often with the armed services.

      Surviving are a daughter, Charlene "Charlie" Hoar of Del Mar, Calif. a sister, Frances Goodwin of Las Vegas, Nev. five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

      A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. June 29 in the chapel of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Saint Joan of Arc Church, Orleans.
