  [[ Obituary: New Haven Register (CT) - May 2, 2007 Deceased Name: Boyd, Sally In New Haven, Sunday, April 29, 2007, Sally Boyd of Madison. Born in Springfield, MA on October 26, 1927, daughter of the late Dr. Francis and Anna Hoar Boyd. Survived by a sister, Margaret Putnam of Windsor, CT and her faithful companion, Sasha. Sally worked as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at Yale New Haven Hospital for 27 years before retiring. She had also worked extensively with children during the Polio Epidemic. A Service will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Madison at a later date. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Sally's name may be made to the Unitarian Universalist Society, 297 Boston Post Rd, Madison, CT 06443.
