      CUNNINGHAM, Richard "Rick" M.,
      Jr.Richard "Rick" M. Cunningham, Jr., 65, of Burnham Street, Enfield, beloved husband of Shirleen (Willette) Cunningham, passed away peacefully Saturday, (March 11, 2000) at St. Francis Hospital, with his wife and family by his side. Rick was born in Springfield, MA, the son of Katherine (Hoar) Cunningham of Agawam, MA, and the late Richard M. Cunningham, Sr., and had been a resident of Enfield since 1963. He served in the U.S. Marines Corps during the Korean War, and was aservicerepresentativeatDiversy Corp. for over 30 years, retiring in 1997. He was a communicant of Holy Family Church, and a member of the Korean War Veterans Assn. Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by a son, Paul Cunningham and his wife, Linda, of Enfield, CT; four daughters, Kathleen Davis and her husband, Robert, of Hubbardston, MA, Lori Dumont and her husband, William, of Simsbury, CT, Susan Pepin and her husband, Edward, of Canton, CT, and Linda Nolan and her husband, Thomas, ofEnfield, CT; two sisters,Patricia Dunn and her husband, Joseph, of Virginia, and Janet Koval of New York, and her late husband, Charles; a sister-in-law, Linda Cunningham of East Longmeadow, MA; eight grandchildren, Megan, Zachary, Rachel, Michael, Steven, Courtney, Christopher, and Jessica; an aunt, Mary LaFleur of Springfield, MA; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A brother, John Cunningham, predeceased him. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, at 9:15 a.m., from the Leete-StevensEnfield Chapels, 61SouthRd., Enfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, at 10 a.m., in Holy Family Church. Burial will be in St. Patricks King St. Cemetery. His family will receive friends Tuesday, from 6-8 p.m., at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels. Rick's family offersthe sincerest thanks to all of the Health Care Professionals who attended him during his illness, both at St. Francis Cancer Center, and at St. Francis Hospital Home Care and Hospice.
