  [[ Her father's obituary: Tampa Tribune, The (FL) - January 21, 2000 Deceased Name: JOHN KOURIS JOHN KOURIS, 70, of New Port Richey died Thursday at home. A native of Astoria, N.Y., he moved to this area one month ago from Ocala. He owned J.K. Waste Oil Service in New York City and was an Army veteran of the Korean War and member of St. Theresa Catholic Church and the Moose Lodge, both in Belleview, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8083 in Summerfield. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; six daughters, Susan Kosina and Dianne D'Ambrosio, both of Palm Harbor, Joanne Hoar of Port Richey, Debora Wills of Grantwood, N.Y., Theresa D'Ambrosio of Deer Park, N.Y., and Candace Klapmuts of Oakridge, N.J.; a sister, Parthenope Allen of Boynton Beach; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
