Deceased Name: Richard Burrill
WEST BRIDGEWATER ? Richard "Dick" Burrill of West Bridgewater, passed away peacefully Friday, May 14th at Tufts Medical Center in Boston after a brief illness, surrounded by his entire family.
He was 66 years old.
Dick was born January 17, 1944 and raised inWest Bridgewater.
He was the son of the late H. Kingman and Gertrude Garvey) Burrill.
He was a truck driver his entire adult life, and was the proud owner of R.C.Burrill and Sons Transportation, along with his sons Ricky and Kevin.
He was a long time member of the 49ers Club in Bridgewater, where he was an avid bocce player. He enjoyed his vegetable garden, and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his brother David Burrill of Colebrook, NH; his seven children, Mary Burrill)(Tetrault) Hoar and her husband Kevin, Richard Ricky" Burrill Jr. and his wife Andrea, Stephen "Teba" Burrill and his wife Cheryl, Timothy Burrill, Melissa(Burrill)StClair and her husband Keith, Kevin Burrill and his wife Lauren, and Andrew Burrill; his thirteen grandchildren, Meryl Tetrault, Amy Tetrault, Rachel Tetrault, Abraham Burrill, Stephen M. Burrill, Connor Burrill, Lauren E. Burrill, Samantha M. Burrill, Kaleigh St Clair, Noelle St Clair, Samantha R.
Hall-Burrill, Madalyn Burrill, and Patrick Burrill; and two step-grand children, James Robinson and Elizabeth-Ann Robinson. He is also survived by his former wife Judith Burrill, his former wife Nancy Burrill, and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother-in-law of the late Jean Burrill.
Visiting hours in the Prophet-Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St Bridgewater, MA Thursday from 4 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. when a Memorial Service will be held.
