  [[ Obituary: http://www.wilsonsfuneralchapel.ca/obits/obituary.php?id=119734 Audrey Pauline Grier (nee Hoar) passed away suddenly on October 20, 2011 at the age of 78 years. Audrey was born on November 10, 1932. She touched many lives and made many friends. Her love of reading took her many new places. Her sense of humour will not be forgotten. We will miss her greatly. There is a star shining brighter tonight. Audrey is survived by her loving children Patrick (Linda) Grier, Arden (Terry) Smith, James (Donna) Grier, sister Betty (Bill) Matejka, 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and good friends Vi and Lila as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother Christine, father Walter, brother Morris, daughter Shareen, grandson Terry and great grandson Matthew. Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 28, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Ponoka United Church, 5020-52 Ave, Ponoka, Alberta.
