  [[ Obituary: Gary R. Hoard Age 71, passed away July 29, 2011. He was born on January 1, 1940, in South Lyon, son of the late Clarence and Doris Hoard. Gary was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather and was known for his great sense of humor. He loved golfing, hunting and fishing with family and friends. The most important thing in his life was his family and his beloved late wife Norma. He is survived by his children: Shari (Timothy) Falk, Kristine Ballard and Cindy (Jeff) Ballard. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Forrest, Frank and Keegan, and two brothers and one sister. He was preceded in death by his wife Norma in 2007.
