      Deceased Name: Alexander H. Schwarz
      Alexander H. "Al" Schwarz, 78, Hill City, died Monday, Aug. 13, 2007, at Via Christi-St. Francis Hospital, Wichita.
      He was born Feb. 3, 1929, in rural Angelus to Alexander F. and Mary (Robben) Schwarz.
      He married Belva Marie Hoar on April 3, 1961, in Hill City. She preceded him in death on Sept. 20, 2005. He was a school custodian.
      Survivors include a daughter, Sharon Schwarz, Wichita; two brothers, Herman Schwarz and Irvin Schwarz, Colby; and five sisters, Mary Ann Juenemann and Arvella Juenemann, both of Selden, Sister Rita Schwarz, Wichita, Phyllis Norton, Manhattan, and Dorothy Sierra, Aurora, Colo.
      Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Immaculate Heart Mary Catholic Church, Hill City; burial in Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Hill City.
      Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Stinemetz Funeral Home, Hill City, and from 9 a.m. until time of service Friday at the church.
      A vigil and rosary will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the church.
      Memorials are suggested to Masses, Developmental Services of Northwest Kansas or the church in care of the funeral home.
