Sylvester Parks and Laura Andrus, his wife.
Gr-gr-granddaughter of Robert Smith and Margaret McWhorter,
his wife; Joseph Hoar, Jr., and Mary Hitchcock his wife; Reuben
Parks and Betsey Clark, his wife.
Gr-gr-gr-granddaughter of James Smith and Margaret Brown, his wife.
Joseph Hoar, Jr. (1740-1816), was a member of the Committee of Safety; entered the army as ensign, and was lieutenant under General Gates at the surrender of Burgoyne. He was promoted captain for bravery.
James Smith (1692-1776) was a member of the Board of Selectmen which drew up the Palmer Declaration of Independence, June 13, 1776.

Reuben Parks (1755-1803) was a private in Capt. Ebenezer Perkins' company, Col. Jedediah Huntington's regiment 1778. He served in the south under Lafayette. He was born in Norwich, Conn.; died in Russell, Mass., where, there is a bronze marker on the grave.
