- [[Obituary of her brother:
Felix N. Giso, 90, beloved husband, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather and dearest friend passed away peacefully on July 31, 2005 surrounded by his family at Hospice House in Cape Coral. He was born on August 13, 1914 in Providence, Rhode Island the son of Crescenzio and Olympia (Petrozella) Giso. He was a WWII veteran of the Army and Navy armed services.
Felix is survived by his lovely wife of 62 wonderful years, Helen F. Giso, his grandson, Philip Giso and his great-grandson, Robert K. Giso, his sister Elly Hoar and brother-in-law Fred Hoar and his adopted family, Dana and Peggy McGrath, Michelle Chism and Justin, Tyler, Lisa, Ashley, Sean McGrath and Brian McGrath. Felix was predeceased by his only son, Robert Giso. A father to only one, but a Dad to all who knew him.
Services will be held on Thursday, August 4th at 1:00 PM at the chapel of the Coral ridge Funeral Home. Friends and family are invited for a visitation from 11:00 AM until time of service.
