      Deceased Name: GLENICE HARRIET FLUG
      Glenice Harriet Flug, 80, of Grand Rapids died Friday, Dec. 22, 2000, in Itasca Nursing Home in Grand Rapids.
      She was born Jan. 21, 1920, in Danbury, Wis., to Peter and Nettie (Davis) Hoard and was raised in the Cohasset area. She was united in marriage to Norman Flug Sr., on May 1, 1937, in River Falls, Wis. She lived in the Babbitt-Embarrass area from 1962 until 1987 when she returned to Grand Rapids. She had resided in Itasca Nursing Home for the past five years.
      Glenice was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Norman in 1988; a son, Allen in 1991; and brothers Howard and Harold Hoard.
      She is survived by daughters Sandra (Dale) Peringer of Coolin, Idaho and Cheryl (Terry) Jackson of Grand Rapids; sons Norman and Clarence (Sharon), both of Embarrass; sisters Virginia Ploof of Grand Rapids and Verna Mae Gravelle of Sauk Rapids, Minn.; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
      Visitation: noon until the 1 p.m. service Tuesday in Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Cohasset, the Rev. William Zeige officiating. Burial in Wildwood Cemetery, Cohasset. Arrangements by Rowe Funeral Home, Grand Rapids.
