      Obituary:
      Marjorie Olga (Steeves) Lutes 1913 - 2004 Marjorie Olga Lutes, 90, of the Salisbury Road (Rockaway), passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Friday, August 13, 2004. Born in Sackville on October 20, 1913, she was the eldest daughter of the late Ruel and Isabelle (Hoar) Steeves. She was a member of the Steeves Memorial Church, Moncton. Marjorie was a graduate of the Provincial Normal School in Fredericton and she taught in a one room school in the mid 1930's. She was a devoted daughter, attending to both parents for a number of years. She worked for the Sumners and the Royal Bank during the war years. Marjorie enjoyed traveling, cooking, camping and spending time with her family. A beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, she is survived by her husband of 59 years, Gordon M. Lutes; two daughters, Dianne Muir (Raymond) of Fredericton, and Janice Lutes (Robert Gordon) of Vancouver; one son, Glenn Lutes (Catherine) of Fredericton; one sister, Marion Stuart (Ernest) of Moncton; four grandchildren, Allan Muir (Erika), Brian Muir, Jakob Lutes and Rebekka Lutes; three nephews and one niece. She is predeceased by a sister, Milla Gregory (George) of England. There will be no visitation prior to the Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2004 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home, Rev. Brett Aningson officiating. A reception will follow in the Garden View Reception room of the funeral home. Interment in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
