      Deceased Name: JEROME JOSEPH FAUST
      JEROME JOSEPH FAUST, 65, the former head of a Chester County company, died yesterday at Lankenau Hospital. He lived in Bala Cynwyd.
      Mr. Faust retired as president of O. Faust Inc. Syndicate Manufacturing Co. in Phoenixville on June 1. He had worked for the company for more than 40 years.
      A Philadelphia native, Mr. Faust graduated from Olney High School in 1939 and Drexel University in 1943, with a bachelor of science degree in engineering. He served in the Army in the 1940s and was a member of a number of Montgomery County Jewish organizations. He was a member of the board of the Main Line B'nai B'rith and was an associate member of Hadassah. He was also a member of Har Zion Temple in Penn Valley.
      Mr. Faust was active in local theater and was a member of the Phoenixville Chamber of Commerce.
      Survivors: his wife, Bernice Horr Faust; a son, Halley; a daughter, Ronni, and a brother.
      Services: 2:15 p.m. tomorrow, Levine & Son Funeral Home, 7112 N. Broad St.; burial, Montifiore Cemetery, Fox Chase.
