  [[ Obituary: Deceased Name: ROBERT McDOLE, 74 WINTER HAVEN -- Mr. Robert J. McDole of Winter Haven died of heart failure Monday (Sept. 6, 2004) in Davenport. He was 74. Born in Lackawack, N.Y., on Aug. 26, 1930, he came to Davenport from Napanoch, N.Y., in 1988. He was an inventory controller for Vaw Aluminum for more than 30 years. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member and past president of the Swiss Golf and Tennis Homeowners Association. He was a member and ranger of the Lake Henry Golf Association. He was a volunteer at Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center in Haines City and Davenport for 15 years. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 8 in Winter Haven. Mr. McDole is survived by his wife, RuthAnn Hoar McDole; son, Alvin McDole, Wurtsboro, N.Y.; stepchildren, Jo Ann Conley, Kingston, N.Y., Laurie Coggsdale, Chesapeake, Va., Brad Newman, Alexandria, Va.; one granddaughter. A celebration of life will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Swiss Golf and Tennis Clubhouse. Burial will be in Pine Brush Cemetery in Kerhonkson, N.Y.
