      Obituary: The Sentinel - Published December 15, 2009
      REEDSVILLE - Shirley J. Stouffer, 72, a resident of Elmcroft, Reedsville, and formerly of 728 W. Sixth St., Lewistown, died at 1:05 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009, in the emergency room of Lewistown Hospital.
      Born April 4, 1937, in Bradford, she was the daughter of the late Arthur M. and Dorothy J. (McDevitt) Rahauser. She was preceded in death by husbands, George L. Kibe, Ronald Hoar and William C. Stouffer Sr.
      Surviving are children, Bryan L. Kibe and wife Mary, of Conshohocken, Randall S. Kibe and wife Kimbra, of Yeagertown and Todd L. Hoar, of Milroy.
      Also surviving are a brother, Robert A. Rahauser and wife Alicia, of Centre Hall and grandchildren, Andrew, Catherine, Patrick and Amanda Kibe and Faith L.E. Hoar.
      She was a 1955 graduate of Lewistown High School.
      She was employed at American Viscose Corp., Avtex Fibers, Skills and last was a private personal caregiver.
      She was a member of Lake Park United Methodist Church. Early in life, she was active with the Lions and the Moose.
      She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and nieces. She also enjoyed going to yard sales and had a great sense of humor.
      Her funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17, 2009, at Hoenstine Funeral Home Inc., 75 Logan St., Lewistown, with the Rev. Karen McCachren officiating. Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park.
      Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
