The private funeral for Virginia M. (Ressia) Consolati, 93, formerly of 59 Cooley St., who died Thursday at a local nursing home, will be at Toomey-O'Brien Funeral Home and in St. Anthony of Padua Church with burial in St. Thomas' Cemetery in West Springfield. A calling hour will precede the funeral. Her husband, Charles Consolati, died in 1962. She leaves a daughter, Carol Lunden of Agawam; four sisters, Ecla Sheehan of West Hartford, Rose Woodruff and Beatrice Hoar of Agawam and Lillian Zajac of Springfield; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 53 Capital Drive, West Springfield, 01089, or the church at 108 Bridge St., Agawam, 01011
