Deceased Name: Dennis E. Hoard
Dennis E. Hoard, 73, of Osseo died Friday, July 27, at home. He received his master's degree in education from Andrews University and served in the Army. He was a member of the Hillsdale Seventh-day Adventist Church and a retired sanitarian for the county Health Department. He was preceded in death in 2000 by his wife, Emily. Surviving are his daughters, Sylvia and Stephanie; and one sister, Karen. Arrangements are by VanHorn-Eagle Funeral Home, 40 S. Manning St., Hillsdale.

Dennis married Emily Louisa (Unknown). Emily was born in 1937; died on 21 Jun 2000 in Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo Co, Michigan, USA; was buried in Hillsdale, Hillsdale Co, Michigan, USA (Maple Grove Cemetery). [Group Sheet]

Deceased Name: Emily Louisa Hoard
Emily Louisa Hoard, 63, of Osseo, died Wednesday, June 21, at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo. She was a substitute teacher in several Hillsdale County schools prior to her retirement last year, was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church of Hillsdale and a volunteer of the Community Service Center. Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Dennis, and two daughters, Sylvia and Stephanie Hoard. Arrangements are by VanHorn-Eagle Funeral Home, 40 S. Manning, Hillsdale.
