She was born March 16, 1911, in Fond du Lac, Wis., to Robert and Pauline (Krug) Glasgow. Mrs. Horr married her husband, Frederick, in 1937. She was a homemaker, and lived in Thousand Oaks, Calif., for many years before moving to Prescott in January 2000 to live in Prescott Samaritan Village. She attended Prescott United Methodist Church. Surviving are her daughter, Fritzi Mevis of Prescott; sisters, Marian Homuth, of Toledo, Ohio, and Joan White of Sarasota, Fla.; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her husband in 1970 and daughter, Patricia. Cremation was at Bradshaw Crematory, Prescott Valley. Private family services will be held later, with burial at Rienzi Cemetery, Fond du Lac, Wis. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home helped the family with arrangements]]
