B. H. Horr has filed an affidavit in the Superior Court asking that an order allowing alimony to his divorced wife be set aside. He was divorced on the 23d of March, 1883, and his children were awarded to their mother, Ampara A. Horr, to whom he was ordered to pay $22 50 per month alimony. On the 10th of November, 1884, the payment of alimony was changed to $5 a week, which ; he has since pald. In July, 1888, his divorced wife married F. C. Kingsley and now resides with him in Montana, and the husband, it is claimed, is abundantly able to provide for her. Petitioner asks that the order be vacated and set aside.
