Born 10 July 1868 in Keokuk. Nine years ago he married Mrs. Minnie HORR, had one son, George, both survive as do five sisters, Mrs. Lena REEVES, Mrs. Mary HEFERLIN, and Mrs. Lizzie WRIGHT of Livingston, Miss Clara of Montrose, Miss Kate and one brother, John of Ft. Madison. His mother died 20 years ago, his father, Martin died 30 October 1897. Member of Cascade Lodge #65, I.O.O.F. Remains place in the naeve vault.
