      NELLIE F. HOAR HLOPAK, 79, of Oaklyn, died Friday at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, Camden.
      Mrs. Hlopak was a telephone operator for New Jersey Bell until retiring in 1969. She was a longtime member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
      Survivors: her husband, Alexander F.; a son, Harry Carroll of Conneticut; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mildred Wilkins.
      Services: viewing, 1 p.m. today, Creran Funeral Home, 400 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn; funeral, 2 p.m. today at the funeral home; burial, Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill.
