George H. Hoard, who was stricken with paralysis, Sunday morning, continued unconscious until 4 this morning, when death relieved him. He was in his 70tb year and was one of the oldest and most respected citizens of the place. For a number of years he was a mill wright in the Mohawk mills, but about four yearn ago his health began to fail and he retired. In 1879 he waa appointed collector of school taxes and reappointed last year. He was a zealous member of the Unirersalist church, and devoted much of his time and money to the success of the erection of 8t. Paul's. He will be buried to-morrow noon.
