    • Source: Pawlet for 100 Years, by Hiel Hollister, pub. 1867, pages 210-211:

      Lincoln, Lewis, from Cheshire,MA, 1837; settled at North Pawlet, in the carriage making business. He was agent of the Union Store - Division 230, during its existence from 1851 to 1861. His family consisted of two daughters, Lettie T. and Fidelia. Lettie T. was a graduate of Troy Conference Academy, and married Alonzo Raynor, of Evansville, Indiana. Fidelia died of diptheria in 1864, aged 21. He removed to Indiana in 1865.
