  Death Notice: Published in the "Monroe County Mail" - Thursday, May 9, 1918 Herbert N. Smith, who lived on Goorge street extension, died very suddenly while at work, Saturday, aged sixty years. Mr. Smith was workiug for Arthur Williams, plowing his garden aud had gone to Charles Maurer's place for a load of manure, when he expired suddeuly of heart trouble. Near surviving relatives are his wife aud two daughters, Mrs. Laura Horr of Port Byrou, and Mrs. Frances Morris of LeOrosse, Mich. The funeral was held from Mrs. H. R. Relyea's undertaking rooms, Monday at 2:30, with burial in the Schummers cemetery.
