  [[ Obituary: St. Petersburg Times (FL) - July 1, 2009 Deceased Name: WALKER, Eugene S. WALKER, Eugene S. "Bud" Born in Lancaster, PA, Oct. 1, 1920, departed on June 29, 2009. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp, Pacific Theater during WWII and received the Battle Star for action. He was a member of VFW Post 10093. He retired from CBS Records after 36 years of service. He married Loretta A. Hoar in 1944 Loretta departed in 1983. In 1985 he married Charlotte Higgason. Mr. Walker is survived by his wife, Charlotte; and 4 sons, Michael, Thomas, James and John Walker; stepson, John Higgason; stepdaughter, Robin Seale and grandchildren, Michael, Alana, Kelsey and Lauren Walker; stepgrandchildren, Ben, Andy and Hamilton Seale, Katherine Lentz and Charlotte Gregarie; and great-grandson, Shane Walker and stepgreat-grandson, Ayden Seale. Viewing Thursday, 2 pm at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, Dunedin with service immediately following. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. "Go Gators"!
