  [[ Obituary: Standard-Speaker (Hazleton, PA) - May 16, 2000 Deceased Name: Roberta A. Jones Roberta A. Jones, 61, of 1502 Centre St., Ashland, died Friday evening shortly after admission to the Ashland Regional Medical Center, Fountain Springs. Born in Fountain Springs, Dec. 22, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Anna (Hoar) Hubler. She was a graduate of Ashland High School Class of 1957. She was Protestant. Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, was a sister, Mona Hubler, September 1996. Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Glen R. Jones; daughters, Nina Jones and Donna Kroh, both of Ashland; sisters, Sandra Hunt, Pottsville; Tina Dobson, Albrightsville; Polly Wolfgang, Ashland; brothers, Robert Hubler Jr., Kulpmont; Barry Hubler, Gordon; Jon Hubler, Ashland, and two grandchildren. Nieces and nephews also survive. Religious funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. from the Richard W. Fritz Funeral Home, Ashland. The Rev. J. Rex Thomas, pastor of Zion"s Reformed Church, Ashland, will officiate. Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. from the Fritz Funeral Home, 1323 Centre St., Ashland. The Richard W. Fritz Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
