There will be an open house-style memorial at 316 Sarvis Dr. Knoxville, TN 37920, November 16th from Noon til 5 p.m. to celebrate her life. She is survived by her husband "Bud" Russell and three of her children Joy Marie Duvall, married to Philip Duvall; James Scott Russell, and Brian David Russell, married to Angie Russell, along with her granddaughter, Breannah Christine Russell. She is also survived by her two sisters Barbara Hoar and Marilyn Hanscome. She joins both of her parents, Russell and Betty Phillips, her daughter Christine Ann Russell, and son Timothy Russell.
