  [[ Obituary: HOAR, Ethel (nee Dart) - After a long and happy life, Ethel passed away on August 31, 2002 in the arms of her husband, Jack. She was in her 81st year. Loving wife and best friend of Frederick John Hoar (Jack ) for 62 years, caring mother of Larry & Jean and Louise and Wayne Aasen. Remembered by her grandchildren, Tristanne, Tyler, Melanie, Amanda & Richard. Great-grandmother of Charlotte & Alastair. Survived by brother Charlie (Linda), sisters Sally (Bart) Dennis, Betty (Denny) Hubble. Predeceased by Florence, Jack, Doris, Tom, Lucy, Marg & Glady. Funeral Service was held on Wednesday September 4, 2002 at the W.C. Town Funeral Chapel, Whitby. In memory of Ethel donations to the Diabetes Society would be appreciated by the family.
