Roz: I am doing some research for my second cousin's family tree, the Briggs family and ran across your information on Betsey King. I have information that an Amasa Briggs married a Betsy King on Sep 7, 1826 in New Salem, Franklin County, MA. They had two living children, George Briggs and Harriet Briggs. George Briggs married a Margaret Jane Henderson and they had two children, Charles Otto Briggs and Frank E. Briggs. Charles Otto Briggs married Edna May Harris and one of their 4 children, Raymond Wyckoff Briggs is my second cousin's grandfather.
