Sidney T. Hoar, 56, formerly of Lemoyne, died Tuesday in the Blue Ridge Haven Convalescent Center East, Susquehanna Twp.
He was a Vietnam War veteran.
There are no immediate survivors.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Hampden Twp.
Musselman Funeral Home, Lemoyne, is handling arrangements.
