      [[Obituary:
      Richard Orr, 72, of 105 Edna Road, Syracuse, died Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. Mr. Orr was born in Scranton, Pa., and lived in Syracuse most of his life. He retired in 1982 as personnel director of St. Joseph's Hospital after 20 years. He was a graduate of St. Bonaventure College. He taught at LaSalle College in Phiiadeiphia, Pa. He worked for the City of Philadelphia, Pa., personnel department. He was a communicant of St. James Church. Mr. Orr was an Army Veteran of World War II. Surviving are a son. Robert of Syracuse; a daughter, Mary Cummings of Spencerport; a sister, Joan McMahon of Avoca, Pa.; a brother, Gerard of North Hollywood, Calif.; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at a time to be announced Tuesday at the BalIweg & Lunsford Funeral Home. Burial will be in Onondaga Valley Cemetery.
