  [[Obituary: The Hartford Courant 2004) INGELLIS, Julia L. (Hoar) Julia L. Ingellis, 43, of the 2300 block of Court Circle, Virginia Beach, VA passed away Friday (August 20, 2004) at home. A native of Burlington, Mrs. Ingellis is survived by her husband, David J. Ingellis; her father, Warren T. Hoar of California; and three daughters, Jenna, Angelina and Christina Ingellis all of Virginia Beach. She is also survived by a sister, Shelly Jones of Old Greenwich; and four brothers, Chris Hoar of Wisconsin, Kevin Hoar and Shawn Hoar both of Connecticut and Peter Hoar of California.
