      Jane T. Hoar: Newspaper Obituary and Death Notice
      Union-News (Springfield, MA) - February 13, 1998
      Deceased Name: Jane T. Hoar
      Jane T. (Long) Hoar, 95, of 35 Holy Family Road died Wednesday at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. Born in Ireland, she came to this city at the age of 23. She was a longtime Springfield resident before returning. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Hope Church in Springfield, and a member of its Women's Guild. Her husband, John J. Hoar, died in 1960. She leaves a son, John F. of West Springfield; a daughter, Mary E. Moore of San Leandro, Calif.; six grandchildren, and a great-grandchild. The funeral will be private, with the burial at the conveninece of the family. There are no calling hours, and Sampson's Liberty Street, Springfield, Funeral Home is in charge. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mount St. Vincent Nursing Home, 35 Holy Family Road, Holyoke, 01040.
