He was a son of the late Gifford and Lucy V. (O'Dowd) Horr. Brother of Lucille St. Martin, Olive Bentley, Rita Frigon, Winifred McGarry, and the late William Horr, Gladys Fanning and Patricia Hicks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. His funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10 AM in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave. Burial with military honors will be in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
