Obituary:
Charles Horr, 56, 709 Hoyt, died Thursday at Ball Hospital of injuries received last Friday in a three-vehicle accident on Ind. 67 near Ind. 28 northeast of Muncie.
A native of Leesburg, Ohio, he moved here 14 years ago from Richmond. He was employed for 20 years at a switchman for the C&O Railroad, and then worked as a self-employed landscaper.
He was a member of the Richmond Moose Lodge and the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen.
Surviving are his widow, Barbara; three daughters, Mrs. Marcia Wilson, Mrs. Teresa Kramer, and Mrs. Bonnie Flick, all of Muncie; four sons, Spec. 5 Jackie Horr, Ft. Hood, Texas, Michael, Muncie, and Rickie and James, at home; 13 grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Swartz, Dayton, and Mrs. Dorothea Bastian, Leesburg.
Funeral services for Mr. Horr will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Parson Mortuary. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Callers will be received at the mortuary after 2:30 p.m. Sunday and prior to the services Monday.
