      LEWISTOWN - Emma M. Ramsey, 71, of Beverly Healthcare William Penn, formerly of 305 Pinewood Road, Yeagertown, died at 12:11 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2002, in the home. Born May 1, 1930, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late George Walters and Mabel E. (Specht) Bedlyon. She was the wife of the late Ellsworth Junior Ramsey, who died March 27, 2000. Her first husband, Thomas H. Harris Jr., died in 1983. Surviving are a son, Thomas Harris of Lewistown; three daughters, Mrs. James (Pamela) Smyers of Lewistown, Kathy Fisher of Milroy and Mable Fairbanks of Burnham; four step-daughters, Patsy Hoar of McVeytown, Sandra Booher of Lewistown, Ruth Taylor of Lewistown and Wanda Peffer of Lewistown; a brother, Robert Walters of Shaw, MS; ten grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Gerald Walters, and a sister, Betty Gisewhite. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Bohn Funeral Home, Reedsville with Major Herbert B. Hamilton and Rev. Thomas B. Morningstar officiating. Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park. Friends may call one hour before the service at the funeral home.
