      LEWISTOWN - Deborah J. Moyer, 51, of 305 South Pine Road, Lewistown, died at 8:45 p.m., Sunday, May 24, 2009, at the Locust Grove Retirement Village.

      Born Feb. 11, 1958, in Lewistown, the daughter of Charles W. Hoar, of Lewistown and Doreen M. (Sellers) Hoar, of Granville and her step-mother, Jane M. Hoar, of Lewistown.

      Children surviving: Cristy L. Moyer, of Pittsburgh, James E. Moyer, of Lewistown, Heather V. Moyer, of Mt. Union and Chelsea S. Hoar, of Lewistown; and a granddaughter, Tyana R. Ridley.

      Also surviving: brothers and sisters, Charles W. Hoar Jr. and his wife, Rose, of Lewistown, John R. Hoar, of Lewistown, Peggy S. Trutt and her husband, Scott, of Lewistown and Cara Lou Miller, of Lewistown.

      She was employed as a production employee at Asher's Chocolates in Lewistown.

      She was a member of the Lewistown C&MA Church.

      A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Lewistown C&MA Church, 50 Hudson Ave., Lewistown, with the Rev. John Looney officiating. Private interment will be at the convenience of the family.

      Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until the time of service at the church.

      In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Lewistown C&MA Church, 50 Hudson Avenue, Lewistown, PA 17044.
