      Weymouth - Elizabeth A. (Leary) Hoar, 88, a homemaker and former secretary, died on Thursday, January 24, 2008, at the John Scott Nursing Home in Braintree.
      She was born, raised and educated in Milton, she had lived in Weymouth for many years. In earlier years Mrs. Hoar worked for John Hancock Insurance Co.
      She was the wife of the late Edward J. Hoar, Jr.
      She leaves her children, Patricia A. Lazdowsky of Bellingham and Michael E. Hart of Kingston. She was the sister of the late Daniel, Edward, James, Catherine and Helen Leary, the late Mary Lally and the late Margaret Casey.
      She leaves her grandchildren, Timothy E. and Stephen J. Lazdowsky and Seth T. Hart.
      A Funeral prayer service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home, at 809 Main St. (Rte 18 opp. South Shore Hospital) Monday at 11 a.m.
      Burial will be in Milton Cemetery, Milton.
