Both legs were severed below the knee, one arm was horribly mangled, and the body badly bruised. Young Hoar was a flagman on a New England engine. On Thursday evening Hoar went out with his train. Shortly after the train left Hopewell his dead body was found oh the track. It is presumed that he fell from the top of a car.
