  [[ Obituary: Easton Journal (MA) - June 1, 2007 Deceased Name: OBITUARIES John P.Griffiths Owner of pizza, sub shop John P. Griffiths, 52, of Randolph, died Wednesday morning, May 16, 2007 at his home after a lengthy illness. Born in Dorchester, he was a son of the late Harry P. and Rita (Hoar) Griffiths. At the age of 10 he moved to Braintree. He was a 1973 graduate of Braintree High School and also graduated from Catherine Laboure School of Nursing. Mr. Griffiths had been a technician for Gambro Health and Brockton Dialysis Center. He had been the owner of Griff's Pizza and Subs on Montello Street. He also owned Dairy Twist of New England and Griff's Sweet Treats also in Brockton. He had served in the U.S. Army and was a collector of Asian art. Mr. Griffiths leaves a son, David J. Griffiths of Holbrook; four brothers, Paul Griffiths of Ohio, William Griffiths of Florida, Robert Griffiths of South Easton and Gary Griffiths of Washington State; a sister, Gail Cash of Middleboro; an uncle, Roy Bates of Braintree; and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Wayne Griffiths. A memorial gathering was held at the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street Brockton, on Saturday, May 26.
